叉车安全操作规范
Safety operation specification for forklift
1.出车前必须先检查；
1. Check before driving;
2.行驶中遇前面有人应在5m以外发出信号；流水槽模具 u型槽模具 电缆槽模具 隔离墩钢模具 护坡砖模具 钢制闸门 螺杆式启闭机 卷扬式启闭机
2. In case of someone in front during driving, send a signal 5m away;
3.厂内行驶速度不超过15 km/h，厂门、电梯、拐弯、人多、通道狭窄等其它复杂区域时时速不超过10 km/h；
3. The driving speed in the plant shall not exceed 15 km / h, and the speed in other complex areas such as factory doors, elevators, corners, many people and narrow passages shall not exceed 10 km / h;
4.行车时货物低点离地应在0.3m~0.4 m；
4. When driving, the low point of goods shall be 0.3m ~ 0.4m above the ground;
5.转弯不得过急，防止“自由转弯”的倾向；
5. Do not turn too fast to prevent the tendency of "free turning";
6.上下坡应缓慢而均速运行，不得在坡道上转弯；
6. Run slowly and evenly up and down the slope, and do not turn on the slope;
7.不得横跨坡度行驶，当坡度大于10 %时，下坡应倒车行驶；
7. Do not drive across the slope. When the slope is greater than 10%, reverse the downhill;
8.叉车人员载运货物前行时，如遇大型或笨重货物去当驾驶员视线时，应采取倒车行使。
8. When forklift personnel are carrying goods, they should reverse when large or heavy goods go out of the driver's sight.
